In each project's label configuration, you will find all Jira label fields that have been created by the Jira administrator using our App.
As a Project administrator, you can restrict a label field to prevent users from creating new label items , Instead, they will be required to select from existing ones.

Only a Jira administrator has the ability to create a new colored label fields. However, both Jira administrators and project administrators can add items to a restricted label field, ensuring controlled and consistent label management. If the label field is not restricted, all project users will have the flexibility to add new labels as needed. |
